Allison Meagher

Dr. Alison Meagher

Alison Meagher, AuD, is a recent graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her 4th year was at the Marion Downs Center in Denver, CO, where she worked with individuals from all walks of life. She is an educational audiologist for the Thompson School District and works with deaf and hard-of-hearing students to further t

heir educational potentials. Her research while at CU has focused on the auditory skill development of English and Spanish-speaking children with hearing loss and she hopes to further this knowledge to provide appropriate interventions. Her professional interests include early identification and habilitation of hearing loss, language development, and the intricacies of auditory skills and their impact on spoken language development.
